August 15th: First IBMC WannaBike kids MTB race

register from 6.30 am till 7.15 am

Course
Course MTB categorie 6 - 7 year green line
The course is a 1.2 km long trail with some climbs and decents but not too difficult.
There are check posts during the
race.
Course MTB kids 8 t/m 11 year: green and red line
Green line till the intersection and then follow the red line.
After the Landhouse you pick up the green line again
The course is 2,7 km long and consists of climbs, descents, flat sections and finally through the garden of the Jan Thiel
Landhouse. There are check posts during the race.
Course MTB kids 12 t/m 15 year: green, red and yellow line
Green line till the intersection and then follow the red line to the next intersection where you start following the yellow
line. Then pick up the red line again and after the Landhouse you pick up the green line again.
The course is 3,2 km long and consists of some climbs, descents, flat sections, one steep climb and finally through the
garden of the Jan Thiel Landhouse. There are check posts during the race.

The categories count for both boys and girls!
· age 06 - 07 jr 3,6 km = 3x green line
· age 08 - 09 jr. 8,1 km = 3x green /red line
· age 10 - 11 jr. 10,8 km = 4x green /red line
· age 12 - 13 jr. 12,8km = 4x green/ red /yellow line
· age 14 - 15 jr. 16 km = 5x green/ red /yellow line
IMPORTANT:
· The garden of the Jan Thiel plantation house is open only for participants of the race during their competition. Public is
not allowed to enter the garden. The rest of the course is open for public.
· participants are REQUIRED to wear a helmet and BRING enough water with them during the race.
· Non-participants are not allowed to bike on the track during the race. |
